The World Heart Failure Society (WHFS) is a non-profit, professional organization founded
in 2004 by Prof. Willem J. Remme, known for his pioneering contributions to the field of
cardiology. The Society serves cardiologists and all professionals working in the area of heart
failure (HF), including researchers, scientists, cardiovascular nurses, allied health
professionals, and other healthcare workers, fostering a comprehensive, interdisciplinary
community.
